Mr. Khasanshyn is a subject matter expert in marketing, lead generation and sales, acceleration of software release cycles, and speaks frequently at a wide range of events. In 2007 Renat Khasanshyn founded Apatar, Inc., an open source data mashup software company.

In 2001, at the age of 20, Mr. Khasanshyn founded Altoros Systems, Inc., and grew the company from 0 to 160+ employees. Mr. Khasanshyn is currently CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Altoros Systems, Inc. Prior to founding Altoros, Renat was VP of Engineering for insurance company PriMed, Inc. in Tampa, Florida.

Renat was selected as a finalist for the 2007 Emerging Executive of the Year award by Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council. Renat has a passion for emerging technologies and has won the 2007 IBM Business Mashup Challenge.
